Can I order a planter yet?
The first collection is coming soon. These images show our design concepts; we’re refining the printable models, size details, and plant packaging before opening orders. You can explore every design and ask us a question now.
Can I order with or without a plant?
Yes. We’re planning both planter-only and live-plant options in each size. The planter-only option is for your own plant; the planted option will include a live succulent. Both options will ship. Plant varieties and delivery details will be confirmed before ordering opens.
What do Small and Medium mean?
Small is being designed around a 2-inch nursery pot, and Medium around a 4-inch nursery pot. Those are the intended insert sizes, not the planter’s outside dimensions. Final dimensions and fit will be published before orders open.
What can I personalize?
Each design has a place for a name or short message. Family Bloom also has a second line for loved ones. The names in our images are examples. Final character limits and lettering choices will be confirmed for each finished design.
What is included with the planter?
Each design is planned with personalization, a removable plant insert, and a coordinating saucer. Choose the live-plant option to add a succulent. The printed outer planter is intended to hold the insert; drainage and watering details are still being finalized.
Will you ship the live plants?
Yes, shipping live plants is part of the plan. We’re working through plant packaging, delivery areas, transit timing, and seasonal conditions before launch. Shipping and tax are additional; rates and available destinations will be shown when ordering opens.
Are these the final prices?
The prices on this site are planned launch prices in US dollars. They may change as we finalize printing, plants, and packaging. No payment is collected on this site, and browsing or choosing options does not place an order.
